Strip the stems, sprinkle with olive oil, salt or favorite seasoning, and bake in the oven for Kale chips!
My new use of Kale is: I strip out the stem and place the kale leaves in my dehydrator for a couple hours - until they are crispy. Then I process them in my blender into Kale flakes to sprinkle on just about any casserole or soup or smoothie!
